The first seminar will be given by Ms Rauna Rahko-Ravantti and Professor Tuija Turunen from the University of Lapland, Finland. It will focus on Indigenous topics. First, Rauna Rahko-Ravantti will share her doctoral research titled: Sami teachers in Finland. A qualitative research on Sami teachers’ everyday life and agency. Then Tuija Turunen will talk about the theme: What can we learn about Indigenous research methodologies: Yarning as an example.
The seminar will contain two 20 minutes presentations and time for discussion. It will be recorded and will be publicly available after the seminar. The online seminar starts at 5 pm EET; 3 pm UTC.
