Scientific Symposium (May 23 - 24, 2019):
Thematic areas: psychology and physiology of labor in the Arctic, work safety, maintaining an optimal functional state when performing standing and walking activities, working in isolated groups in the Arctic, effective technologies of labor support in the Arctic.
Participants: scientists in areas of oil and gas, geology and others who plan to work on a rotation basis in the Arctic.

Psychological School (May 24 - 25, 2019):
The mission of the School is to prepare senior students and early career professionals psychologically and physiologically for effectively carrying out professional activities and maintaining their health and well-being when working on rotation basis in the Arctic.
Participants: senior students in areas of oil and gas, geology and others who plan to work on a shift basis in the Arctic (20 people); early career professionals with work experience up to 3 years and under the age of 35 years working on a shift basis at oil and gas producing enterprises in the Arctic (5 people); senior undergraduate and gradute students - psychologists who will provide psychological support for shift personnel in the Arctic (6 people).
