Northern Indigenous youth and youth whose abstracts have been accepted to be presented during the Arctic Youth Conference 2025 are also eligible to apply for funding to cover their travel and accommodation costs (up to max fixed sum, see table below) for their active participation at the Arctic Youth Conference 2025.

 

To apply: please fill out the application form below before 1 DECEMBER 2024. The following attachments should be enclosed in the application:

· Motivation letter written in English (not longer than one page)

· Letter of recommendation written in English by a Professor or mentor

· Copy of the abstract acceptance from the Arctic Youth Conference (if applicable)

· Copy of the registration confirmation at the conference

· Detailed estimated travel and accommodation costs in NOK

 

During the selection, UArctic will aim at an overall balance with the selection on areas of northern research, geographical distribution, as well as gender balance.
